We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to lead our team in Syracuse, NY.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the unit and ensure high-quality patient care
- Establish policies and procedures for employee management
- Mentor less experienced nurses and provide clinical and career guidance
- Set standards of care for the unit
- Review resident records and quality of care
- Monitor overall care and review individual resident cases
- Address resident and family concerns
- Ensure adequate medical supplies are available
- Represent the unit's interests with upper-level management
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of long-term care experience
- Minimum 1 year of unit manager experience
- Valid RN license required
