This is an in-person role out of our Dealership Success Center in Meridian, ID. Please note, we cannot hire anyone who has VISA SPONSORSHIP.
What you'll do :
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, map processes, and identify KPIs
- Extract, analyze, and interpret complex datasets to provide actionable insights that support business objectives
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement, and present findings to stakeholders
- Design and maintain data pipelines and support the optimization of the organization's data warehouse to ensure reliable and accessible data
- Develop dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI to effectively communicate insights
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions
- Manage multiple projects and priorities, ensuring deliverables align with organizational goals and deadlines
