This is an in-person role out of our Dealership Success Center in Meridian, ID. Please note, we cannot hire anyone who has VISA SPONSORSHIP.
What you'll do :
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure the accurate and timely flow of data across systems
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements, define architecture, and design solutions that support business intelligence and analytics
- Build and optimize data warehouses and data models to improve data accessibility and performance for visualizations and insights sharing
- Develop visualizations and share insights using BI tools to support decision-making processes
- Optimize complex technical and business processes and applications to enhance operational efficiency
- Support data governance efforts, ensuring data integrity, quality, and security
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable data solutions that meet business needs and align with long-term goals
- Explore opportunities to integrate advanced analytics, such as predictive modeling or AI, into existing systems to support data-driven decision-making
- Leverage low-code platforms to develop and support BI applications and automation solutions, streamlining workflows and reducing manual effort
- Drive implementation of AI and machine learning capabilities, identifying use cases and aligning them with organizational objectives
- Maintain a strong understanding of BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and principles, ensuring their effective utilization to solve business challenges
