As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing the sales and finance departments. Your main objectives will be to coach, mentor, and build a high-performance sales and finance culture designed to meet and exceed monthly goals. What you'll do :
- Work with dealership teams to determine the best products to present to the customer, based on the customers’ individual needs
- Assist teams with determining terms of customer purchases including pricing, financing, and payment
- Secure financing for customers utilizing a variety of systems and information
- Build and maintain positive relationships with local banks, credit unions, and other key vendors
- Assist teams with presentation, explanation, and selling aftermarket products and warranty packages
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of applicable federal and state regulations
- Select appropriate lender, secures approval, obtains customer commitment, and finalizes delivery
- Track, monitor, and move F&I PVR, product penetration and lender penetrations
- Develop unique ways to drive sales through events, community activities and local marketing campaigns
- Plan and manage budgets by initiating and assessing cost control techniques
- Maintain in-stock levels through precise inventory management
- Obtain and analyze customer feedback to ensure high service levels are maintained
- Stay on top of market trends, the RV industry and current dealership inventory What we're looking for :
- Experience and a proven track record as a Sales and Finance Manager within the RV industry
- Comprehensive knowledge of sales management, merchandising, inventory, shrinkage control, security methods and consumer behavior
- Enthusiasm and strong communication skills with customers, vendors, and employees
- Strong leadership qualities that exemplify a no-pressure, high integrity sales approach
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer skills with previous exposure to customer data and inventory systems
- Ability to work out of the Dealership Success Center in Meridian, ID or out of PST time zone is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Neat, clean, and professional appearance
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
