About the Job
This role involves receiving parts, maintaining an organized system for the parts department, and processing orders. You will also be assisting customers in finding RV parts and keeping them updated on their order status.
Responsibilities
- Receive parts and notify relevant parties
- Maintain organizational system of the parts department
- Process and complete orders
- Assist customers in finding RV parts
- Update customers on order status
Requirements
- Receiving and parts counter experience is preferred
- Able to take direction and see a job through from beginning to completion
- Willingness to learn and advance
- Ability to stand, stoop, crawl, and bend for long periods of time
- Ability to lift 25-50 lbs with assistive device
- Work in environments that include heat, cold, dust, and loud noises
- Able to work some Saturdays
- Strong attention to detail
- Solid organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently as well as in a team setting
- Bachelor's degree is a plus
- Neat, clean, and professional appearance
- Able to pass a background check and drug test
