What are the responsibilities and job description for the Camp Edventure Elementary Teacher Summer School (2025) position at Bismarck Public Schools?
Bismarck Public Schools is accepting applications from certified elementary teachers for our elementary summer school program, Camp Edventure.
The program will be for students entering 1st through 5th grade. The session starts with students on June 2nd and ends on June 27th with hours from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm each day. There is no paid time off during the CampED session.
All CampED teachers are expected to attend 2 days of Training and Preparation time on Wednesday, May 28th and Thursday, May 29th. Teachers will work up to 16 hours over these two days depending on previous CampED experience.
Qualifications:
A valid ND Teaching Certificate in Elementary Education is required.
Salary is determined by placement on the 2024-25 Teacher Salary Schedule. External candidates may bring in up to 15 years of teaching experience.
