Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive training program for the girls’ golf team.
- Plan and conduct daily practices, focusing on skill development, strategy, and teamwork.
- Manage all aspects of the team, including scheduling practices and competitions, and coordinating with school administration.
- Foster a positive team culture that emphasizes respect, discipline, and a love for the game.
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and school officials.
- Monitor student-athlete academic performance and provide guidance as needed.
- Organize and lead team fundraising efforts and community outreach.
Qualifications:
- Previous coaching experience, preferably in high school or youth golf.
- Strong knowledge of golf techniques, rules, and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire student-athletes.
- Must pass a background check as per school district policies.
