Job Description
The Role :
A parts counter clerk will be trained to receive and fulfill telephone and internet parts orders, determining replacement part stock numbers, pricing, taking inventory of parts, and many more opportunities. We'll rely on you to listen to our guests vehicle needs, use product knowledge, customer service skills and remind them that our goal is to exceed our customers' expectation and maintain their loyalty for a lifetime.
