TITLE : Diagnostic Medical Sonography Adjunct Instructor

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP :
This position is directly accountable and responsible to the appropriate Assistant Dean and the Dean of CET(Current & Emerging Technology).
SUMMARY OF POSITION :
Opportunities exist for part-time, non-benefited instructors to teach diagnostic medical sonography laboratory or lecture courses. Other responsibilities include submitting grades by the established deadline and other duties as assigned by the Dean of Current Emerging Technologies and / or the Assistant Dean of Current Emerging Technologies - Allied Health.
Required Competencies
- Associate's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography.
- Ability to work cooperatively with diverse groups.
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Good computer software skills - Microsoft Office Suite-Word, Excel, etc., electronic Calendar and E-mail, and strong Internet familiarity
- Current Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer in Abdomen or OB / GYN
