Nine-month, full-time, special non-tenure track position. Starting salary range $45,499-$56,874 (associate's required), based on experience and education.

Position Description & Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain lab equipment to support hands-on student learning experiences.

Teach technical and safety concepts related to industrial facilities maintenance and operations, including:
- Safety protocols and best practices.
- Plant equipment and systems.
- Print reading and industrial science.
- Lubrication, bearings, and seals.
- Small engines and compressors.
- Mechanical drive systems and hydraulic fundamentals.
- Mentor students to foster academic and professional growth.
- Maintain accurate records and submit grades by established deadlines.
- Participate in committee work and contribute to institutional goals.
- Engage in program outreach and collaborate with industry partners to ensure curriculum relevance.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Assistant Dean and the Academic Dean.
Minimum Requirements
- Associate degree in mechanical maintenance, energy services, renewable generation, power generation, process technology, petroleum production or technical degree related to energy and three years non-teaching work experience or certificate in one of these disciplines and five years of non-teaching work-related experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Appropriate bachelor’s degree.
- Curriculum development, teaching, and/or training experience.
- Experience with hands-on teaching methods.
- Industry-related certifications.
