Job Responsibilities
- Support the Partners and Associates in their day-to-day work, which shall encompass financial, diligence and administrative responsibilities
- Manage third party Property Managers and Leasing Agents to maximize value of industrial, retail and office portfolio
- Monitor and analyze asset performance by identifying opportunities and risks, and then executing plan to optimize performance
- Develop financial reporting with property management team to share with investors and lenders
- Prepare annual Property budgets and forecasts for investments, along with annual CAM reconciliations with third party vendors
- Drive lease negotiations and renewals to maximize occupancy percentage, Net Operating Income and cash flow
- Provide regular timely reporting and communication to internal and external stakeholders
- Support acquisition and disposition initiatives, including diligence, financing and closing
- Undergraduate degree in a real estate, finance, accounting, economics or related field
- 5 years of experience in a commercial real estate asset management role
- Must have experience in non-residential assets including industrial, retail and office property
- Strong financial and analytical skills including proficiency in Excel and Argus
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced high-growth environment
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
