The Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) will play a pivotal role in supporting Bisnow’s CEO and Finance team by delivering data-driven insights, financial analysis, and strategic recommendations. Strong communication skills are essential, as this role requires translating complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for leadership. This intermediate-level position focuses on creating and enhancing financial models, preparing executive-level presentations, and conducting in-depth analysis to improve decision-making and business performance. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to effectively collaborate across teams and convey financial narratives that drive efficiency and innovation within the organization.
This isn’t just a finance role—it’s a high-impact, high-visibility position where you’ll be the go-to strategic finance partner for Bisnow’s CEO, finance leadership, and department heads. You will take ownership of financial modeling, forecasting, and performance tracking to help drive real-time business decisions across all of Bisnow’s business lines, including Biscred and SelectLeaders. You will essentially become the “right hand” to the CEO and have insight into executive decisions based on your work.

\n- Own executive-level reporting and presentation building for the CEO, owners, and leadership team, delivering data-driven insights on business trends, financial performance, and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with Accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting and partner with the CEO and Finance leader to develop and monitor sales targets and compensation plans.
- Own and enhance real-time financial modeling & forecasting, tracking key business drivers across Bisnow, Biscred, SelectLeaders, and other revenue streams.
- Provide leadership with actionable insights to inform strategy, goal setting, hiring decisions, and financial planning.
- Maintain a pulse on trends in the P&L, balance sheet, and business performance to improve forecasting capabilities.
- Develop and maintain real-time sales performance tracking and compensation models, partnering with Revenue Operations to ensure leadership has visibility into team progress, revenue trends, and goal alignment.
- Use data-driven insights to refine sales targets, inform hiring decisions, and optimize incentive structures.
- Develop and maintain standardized reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes, ensuring leadership has access to real-time insights across financial performance, event success, and revenue growth.
- Build scalable templates and tracking systems to drive consistency and strategic decision-making.
- Leverage data analytics to maximize revenue opportunities across the platform, including our job board, executive search business and data businesses.
- 3–6 years of financial analysis experience, preferably with exposure to various financial platforms.
- Experience in media or a similar industry is a plus.
- Advanced Excel and data modeling skills.
- Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong ability to build and enhance financial models, analyze trends, and deliver actionable insights.
- Proven experience in developing KPIs and conducting business performance analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to create clear, concise presentations for executive audiences.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Salary : $95,000 - $120,000
