Lot Attendant

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lot Attendant to join our team. The Lot Attendant plays a crucial role in maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the vehicle lot while ensuring exceptional customer service. This position involves interacting with customers, assisting with vehicle management, and contributing to a positive dealership experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the vehicle lot, ensuring all vehicles are parked in designated areas.
• Assist customers by providing information about vehicle locations and services offered.
• Perform routine checks on vehicles to ensure they are in good condition and ready for display or delivery.
• Support the sales team by preparing vehicles for test drives and deliveries.
• Manage keys and documentation for vehicles, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers to provide updates and address inquiries.
• Assist with guest services, including valet parking when necessary.
• Handle cash register transactions accurately when required.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive experience for guests.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both English and another language (bilingual preferred).
• Experience in a dealership or retail environment is advantageous.
• Familiarity with retail math to assist in inventory management.
• Previous experience as a delivery driver or in hospitality is a plus.
• Knowledge of valet parking procedures is beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $34,500.00 - $37,000.00 per year
