· Mechanical proficiency: A mechanical proficiency in operating heavy skills, such as SCADA systems management, tank gauging, and proper operation of gas separators, heater treaters, pumping units, plunger lift, and gas lift systems, will enable you to make informed decisions and drive operational efficiency.

· Equipment Maintenance: Monitor and maintain oil and gas production equipment with precision, quickly identifying potential issues and swiftly addressing them to minimize downtime.

· Strong Documentation Skills: Accurately and efficiently document lease operations, ensuring seamless data flow for enhanced operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities and Functions

· Embrace our commitment to safety by following best practices and complying with all Company Environment, Safety & Regulatory requirements, actively participating in Safety Meetings, JSA reviews, Stop Work Authority, LOTO, and SOP procedures.

· Take charge of monitoring all oil and gas production equipment, including SCADA systems, separators, flow lines, engines, compressors, tanks, ECDs, and more.

· Unleash your technical prowess by performing advanced lease operating skills, such as SCADA systems management, tank gauging, and proper operation of three-phase gas separators, heater treaters, line heaters, pumping units, plunger lift, and gas lift systems.

· Seize the opportunity to optimize production by preparing oil tanks for the sale of product and coordinating oil and water loads with dispatch, ensuring efficient fluid extraction from lease sites.

· Be the driving force behind optimized well production as you monitor and maintain assigned wells, and conduct daily operations checks, data gathering, and maintenance to keep everything running smoothly.

· Demonstrate your precision as you evaluate and read gas meters, tank gauges, and convert measurements for accurate and efficient documentation of lease operations.

· Embrace the road ahead as you operate a company vehicle safely, adhering to all driving laws and company vehicle use policies.

· Fuel collaboration and productivity by synchronizing production data daily, ensuring timely access for all users to critical information.

· Showcase your commitment to environmental compliance by conducting inspections to meet CHPHE, EPA, State of Colorado, COGCC, and Company requirements.

· Join forces with cross-functional teams as you participate in route reviews, sharing your valuable knowledge of wells and facilities with Foreman, Production Engineering, Facility Engineering, and other operational teams.

· Build positive relationships through daily interactions with landowners, leaving a lasting and favorable impression.

· Embrace complexity as you perform more maintenance, troubleshooting, replacements, and repairs, handling routine issues with confidence.

· Step in for Lease Operator II on special projects as needed.

· Rise to the occasion as you work in all weather conditions, from rain to snow to mud, thriving in hazardous driving and working conditions all year round.

Experience:

· Experience as a Lease Operator

· Hands-on experience with mechanical equipment.

· Experience with compressors is a plus.

· High School Diploma or GED preferred.

· Ability to perform computer-based tasks effectively.

Other Requirements:

· Must be at least 18 years of age.

· Must be able to pass a pre-employment background screening, which includes a drug and alcohol test (the position is subject to ongoing drug and alcohol testing as a term of continued employment)

· Valid driver’s license, acceptable motor vehicle report, and good driving habits

· Ability to legally work in the US

Compensation:

Our cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $32.00 - $35.00 hourly. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amount listed above.

Location:

This position isn’t available for remote work. Candidates currently residing in locations outside of daily commuting distance will be considered, however, no relocation or travel assistance will be provided by the Company for this position.

Work Environment:

This position operates in a field environment. This entails working outside in variable weather conditions. Employee could be exposed to extreme weather conditions, fumes, airborne particles, vibrations, or dust.

Physical Demands:

In the performance of the duties and responsibilities of this job, the employee is required to have visual acuity to operate a motor vehicle and view a computer terminal. While at work sites, the employee will be expected to walk and stand. Individuals might be asked to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, and/or crawl. Individuals might be required to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. in the performance of this position.

Position Type and Working Hours:

This is a full-time position. This position will require working nights and weekends occasionally as dictated by the operational needs of the field. Typical work hours are from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Employees must be capable and willing to work overtime as required. Employees responsible for project operations are expected to monitor and, in some cases, respond to emails, calls, or texts outside of business hours.

Schedule:

This position requires a 12-hour shift, ensuring continuous coverage and operational efficiency. The current schedule is eight (8) days on with six (6) days off (subject to change). As part of the work schedule, you will be expected to work weekends and holidays, contributing to our mission during these special occasions. Night shifts and overnight shifts are essential to maintain round-the-clock operations and optimize production. Overtime may be required.

Travel:

Routine, even daily, travel to work site locations will be expected. Overnight stays may be required from time to time for training, seminars, or visits to other company office locations.
