Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying paint, varnishes, and other finishes to exterior surfaces, buildings, and other structures. The Painter will also ensure surfaces are prepared properly, using techniques such as sanding, scraping, and patching.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary.
- Apply paint, stain, or other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
- Perform repairs on stucco as needed before painting.
- Conduct thorough inspections of completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Previous painting experience not needed
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must work full-time (40 hours a week)
