Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality inspections of products to ensure compliance with company standards and FDA regulations
- Perform quality audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Utilize various measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers to perform accurate measurements
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends and patterns in product quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement process improvements
- Maintain documentation of quality control activities and ensure adherence to quality systems
- Participate in the development and implementation of quality assurance procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience in quality control or quality inspection roles
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC principles, FDA regulations, and CGMP standards
- Proficient in using measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify defects or deviations from specifications
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- High level of integrity and commitment to upholding quality standards
