Order Processing Specialist / Inventory Management
BISS Product Development is a small and growing product development & distribution company located between Mooresville and Statesville, near Troutman, NC. We have a modern office with an open & energetic work environment and an amazing team. We are currently searching for a new team member to fill our Order Processing Specialist / Inventory Management position.
This position plays a key role in the vitality of our business by processing & invoicing our business-to-business orders, and managing inventory in QuickBooks. The right person for this role will have a strong understanding of invoicing, credits, and inventory management in QuickBooks. They will also effectively communicate with our B2B customers to confirm POs, ensure accurate processing / fulfillment, and confirm all steps with the customer according to their guidelines. Must have a strict eye for detail and attention to detail while also having strong written and verbal communication with our customers.
Duties / Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Work closely with the sales and operations team to ensure all business-to-business (B2B) orders are processed accurately and shipped in a timely manner.
- Use QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop to manage all orders, invoices, credits, negotiated pricing, terms, customer data, etc.
- Setup new B2B customers in QuickBooks and manage / update existing customer data.
- Accurately create sales & inventory reports in QuickBooks.
- Manage accurate inventory in QuickBooks as well as physical inventory in warehouse.
- Investigate customer claims and issue credits.
- Answer all B2B customer emails and phone calls in a timely manner.
- Stay up to date on all customer compliance guidelines and communicate any changes to the team. Police these policies and ensure they are being followed.

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Proficiency with QuickBooks Enterprise for Desktop.
- Full understanding of bookkeeping standards.
- Proficiency in common office software including Microsoft Office or Google Software.
- Strong oral and written communication skills. Able to communicate with B2B customers in a timely and positive way to protect, maintain, and build relationships.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a positive, can-do approach and a willingness to learn.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Detail and deadline oriented with a sense of urgency to complete the work in a timely fashion.
- Self-motivated, honest, ethical and loyal.

Office Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
Pay: $20 - $22 per hour (DOE)
