About the Role:
Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Back Office Medical Assistant, where you’ll work closely with Dr. Bissell and our Physical Therapists to support patient care and ensure smooth clinic operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in all back-office therapy procedures under Dr. Bissell’s direction.
- Room patients and set up therapeutic modalities such as heat therapy.
- Administer vitals for new patients and update health histories for returning patients.
- Document patient visits, track progress, and alert physicians to any key health concerns.
- Administer treatments including Shockwave Therapy, Spinal Decompression, Electrical Muscle Stimulation, and Ultrasound.
- Support efficient patient flow and maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR).
- Ensure treatment rooms are clean, stocked, and well-organized.
- Coordinate patient care by managing referrals, follow-ups, and radiology reports.
- Provide backup support for the Front Office Manager, including answering phones, scheduling, and assisting with billing tasks.
- Maintain marketing calendars and assist with basic social media tasks.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.

- Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram) is a plus.
