Ready for an internship position where you can apply your skills acquired in coursework into a real-world business setting? BISSELL is proactively looking for a paid, Full-Time Summer 2025 Intern to join our Supply Chain Services team.
The individual in this role will serve as a vital team member within the broader Supply Chain organization, reporting to a leader on the Order Management team. The intern will participate in a variety of projects but will also be involved in a summer long capstone project related to their function, in which they will report out their findings to their peers and BISSELL leadership.

As an intern with the Supply Chain Services team, you will gain exposure to various areas of Supply Chain Management, including responsibilities that support the Order Management, Logistics (both domestic and international), and Distribution teams. Project work could include: Oracle Cloud (ERP) updates, distribution network optimization, DOMO shared dashboard tool creation, and domestic export process improvements, or other business needs as determined. Specific duties include:

- Order Management:
- Manage assigned account(s) or provide support to current team members, which includes order processing, inventory triage, pricing, and on time and in full delivery.
- Research, dispute and assign responsibility for customer chargebacks as received. Identify process improvement opportunities.
- Report and analyze customer metrics as applicable, identifying areas for improvement.
- Distribution:
- Support Distribution Analysts to complete various tasks including inventory reconciliation, conversion/rework management, monitor outbound shipments and provide support where needed to resolve issues.
- Report key metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Provide analytical support in network rebalancing and optimization.
- Domestic and International Logistics:
- Provide support to domestic and international logistics teams as identified. Responsibilities may include routing prepaid shipments with carriers to ensure on-time delivery to customers, routing Collect customers via customer portals, reporting on metrics, and working with ocean carriers to manage inbound containers.
- Deliver metrics as needed, with an understanding of data, and identifying areas for improvement.

Currently enrolled in an Undergraduate degree program in Supply Chain, or a closely related field. Anticipated graduation date of December 2025 or Spring of 2026.
- 3.0 GPA or greater preferred.
- Ability to work a full-time schedule throughout the program, within BISSELL’s standard office hours.
- Demonstrated Leadership and Team Orientation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, comfort in presenting in front of large groups of Associates across multiple business functions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel (Pivot Tables, formulas including lookups, general data analysis and presentation).
- Strong affinity for process optimization, troubleshooting skills, and data analysis.
