Duties

- Process cash transactions accurately using a cash register, handling cash with precision.
- Engage with customers, providing recommendations and ensuring a positive experience at the bar.
- Monitor customer behavior and adhere to responsible service of alcohol policies.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting any shortages or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods, particularly during banquets and catering events.
- Uphold food safety standards by following proper hygiene practices while preparing drinks.
Skills
- Proven experience in bartending or similar roles within nightlife, catering, or fine dining environments is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of mixology techniques and beverage preparation methods.
