Bistro 317 is looking for another strong BOH team member to join the family. We are seeking someone willing to learn the basics of "from scratch" food preparation, as well as dishes. We are a small local restaraunt that runs seasonal specials with local ingredients. Our restaurant is growing and continuing to rely on its culinary excellence for success.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform duties set forth by the chef as needed.
- Maintains dishes and Dish area during shift.
- Preps food.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Hospitality-related kitchen experience preferred
- Current food handler’s card and other certification as required by federal/state/local law
