Bistro Jeanty, in Yountville, seeks full-time candidate for Line Cook position. Qualified individual must have 3 years experience, in a fine dining establishment.
Applicant must be able to work in a high volume, fast paced kitchen, with a commitment to teamwork, quality & consistency. Must have good knife skills and be able to work well with others. Spanish language proficiency a plus.
This position requires availability to work nights and *weekends (*Fri/Sat/Sun)
Compensation is $20 - $26 per hour DOE. Also part of tip pool, consisting of 2% of sales, divided between BOH employees.
