- Ensure guests have a memorable dining experience by anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.
- Handle guest complaints and concerns with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including resetting tables for the next guests.
- Assist in preparing the dining area for service, including setting up tables and stocking supplies.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other waitstaff to ensure efficient service.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
