What You Will Do:
- Greet guests warmly as they arrive, creating a positive first impression.
- Manage reservations and coordinate seating arrangements to optimize the dining experience.
- Communicate with guests about wait times and ensure they are comfortable while waiting.
- Escort guests to their tables, providing menus and introducing their server.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries about reservations and general information.
- Maintain a clean and organized entrance area and host stand.
- Assist with managing the flow of guests in and out of the restaurant, ensuring efficient service.
- Collaborate with the waitstaff and kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle guest complaints and concerns with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
