Summary:


BIT Dealership Software is an industry leader offering business management software for boat dealers, power sports dealers, golf cart dealers, outdoor power equipment dealers, RV dealers and marinas.  We are experiencing continued growth and searching for a new Marketing Manager to plan, create, implement, and track B2B marketing activities to increase BiT Brand awareness and generate new sales leads.

 

The ideal candidate is a self-starter and excellent communicator with a broad marketing skill set to include demand generation, content creation, and omni channel marketing experience.

 

Key Responsibilities:                             

 

Omni-Channel Marketing

· Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that integrate multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising.


Demand Generation

·      Create and manage demand generation campaigns aimed at increasing lead acquisition and driving revenue growth.

·      Utilize various tactics such as content marketing, webinars, and targeted promotions to attract potential customers.

 

Email & Social Media Management:

·      Develop and implement email/social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

·      Create, schedule, and publish content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, X, LinkedIn) and email lists.

·      Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and engage with followers.

·      Check analytics for email campaigns and put them into our lead process.

·      Analyze social media performance metrics and report on the effectiveness of campaigns.

 

Content Creation:

·      Write and edit content for various marketing materials, including blogs, newsletters, press releases, and promotional materials.

·      Create visually appealing content.

·      Ensure all content is on-brand and consistent in style, quality, and tone of voice.

·      Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends and topics.

 

Paid Advertising Management:

·      Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of paid search campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, X).

·      Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategies.

·      Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies as needed to maximize ROI.

·      Prepare regular reports on paid search metrics and campaign outcomes.

 

Brand Management:

·      Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.

·      Develop and maintain brand guidelines and standards.

·      Support the execution of branding initiatives, including logo design and promotional materials.

·      Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand enhancement.

 

Tradeshow Coordination:

·      Plan and coordinate all aspects of company participation in tradeshows, including booth design, logistics, promotional materials, and staffing.

·      Manage event budgets, negotiate with vendors, and ensure all deadlines are met.

·      Post-event follow-up, including lead entry, analysis of event success, and coordination with the sales team.

 

Qualifications:

·      Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.

·      3-5 years of experience in marketing coordination, content creation, or digital marketing.

·      Proficiency in omni channel campaigns, social media platforms, demand generation, and digital marketing tools.

·      Experience with Adobe suite, Canva or similar software

·      Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.

·      Knowledge of SEO best practices and paid search advertising.

·      Excellent organizational and project management skills.

·      Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·      Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
