EXPERIENCED AESTHETIC SALES CONSULTANT FOR BUSY PLASTIC SURGERY PRACTICE
The Bitar Cosmetic Surgery Institute, one of the busiest plastic surgery practices in the DC Metropolitan area, is seeking an experienced medical sales professional to join our team.
We are seeking an ambitious, goal-oriented, team player who is able to prioritize workload to ensure completion of daily responsibilities and meet monthly sales goals. Experience in the aesthetic field (skin care, cosmetic surgery, and laser treatments) is a huge plus, but sales professionals from other industries will be considered.
Job duties include but not limited to:
- Qualifying leads over the phone and scheduling in office consultations
- Answering daily web and phone leads to convert to consultations.
- Managing the in-office consultations process which includes explaining procedures, answering questions, offering guidance, quoting fees, and scheduling surgery dates.
- Recommending additional treatments for patients to enhance their overall outcomes and patient satisfaction.
- Reviewing preoperative and postoperative instructions and collecting fees
- Working closely with the doctor and medical staff to provide excellent customer service and personalized attention during the entire patient experience.
- Following up with previous patients to renew interest.
- Providing patients quotes for surgery/treatments.
- Booking patients for surgery/treatment and provide all necessary pre-surgical instruction and education for patients to prepare for surgery.
Education: Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of proven track record in sales.
- Prior esthetic medical experience greatly preferred.
- Ability to communicate and work effectively with patients and co-workers.
- Must be computer proficient - Computer skills in Microsoft Office.
- Must have NexTech or comparable medical software or other CRM software experience.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Great communication skills
