- Sales Leadership: Build, develop, and lead a high-performing sales team to drive PathFinder’s adoption across the Houston market.
- Strategic Sales Execution: Sell and introduce PathFinder to operators, demonstrating its unique capabilities and value in geosteering and precision drilling.
- Client Engagement: Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in the energy sector, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Market Expansion: Identify opportunities for growth, develop sales strategies, and oversee the execution of sales initiatives in the Houston area.
- Operational Oversight: Manage all aspects of the Houston operation, ensuring seamless coordination between sales, customer support, and corporate goals.
- Industry Expertise: Serve as a trusted advisor, leveraging your geological expertise to align PathFinder’s solutions with client challenges.
- Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Geophysics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7 years of experience in the energy sector, including software sales and business development.
- Proven experience managing and growing a sales team, ideally in the oil and gas industry.
- Strong understanding of geosteering principles, drilling operations, and geological software solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive results and meet or exceed sales targets.
