The Senior Enterprise Security Engineer plays a crucial role in ensuring the security of our organization's enterprise systems and networks. This position is pivotal in safeguarding our sensitive information, mitigating cyber threats, and implementing robust security measures. The Senior Enterprise Security Engineer will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to create and enforce security policies and protocols, as well as respond to security incidents.
- Design, deploy, and manage IAM solutions, such as Okta, to ensure secure access control and user management
- Establish and maintain security baselines for IAM and other enterprise security tools
- Drive implementation and manage endpoint security solutions, including Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) products like Crowdstrike
- Develop and enforce policies and procedures for mobile device management (MDM), unified endpoint management (UEM) and device trust
- Conduct regular vulnerability scanning and patching to mitigate security risks
- Monitor and respond to security incidents and alerts
- Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to advance the security posture of our SaaS applications and enterprise collaboration tools
- Ensure our Google Workspace suite is configured with the strongest security controls
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
- Stay current with the latest security trends, threats, and best practices
- 5 years of experience in enterprise security, with a focus on IAM and IT Security
- Deep expertise in IAM solutions (Okta, Azure AD), endpoint security, unified device management, and device trust
- Strong knowledge of vulnerability scanning, patching, and risk mitigation techniques
- Experience with EDR or A/V products is a plus
- Solid understanding of SaaS security, enterprise collaboration tools, network operations, and systems administration
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest security technologies and best practices
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- Relevant security certifications (CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or similar)
- Familiarity with cloud security and DevSecOps practices
- You have experience working in the Bitcoin space
