Job Description:
We seek an Associate Attorney with experience in estate planning, probate, real estate, and land use. The ideal candidate must have an active California Bar license and strong legal skills in transactional and litigation matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and review wills, trusts, and estate planning documents.
- Handle probate administration, trust disputes, and estate litigation.
- Represent clients in real estate transactions, property disputes, and land use matters.
- Conduct legal research, prepare pleadings, and appear in court/hearings as needed.
Qualifications:
- Active CA Bar license and 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and litigation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases independently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $123,318.00 - $170,254.00 per year
