Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel and representation in a variety of legal matters.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with clients, keeping them informed and engaged throughout their case.
- Conduct thorough legal research and draft high-quality pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Manage caseloads efficiently, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met.
- Represent and advocate on behalf of clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
- Contribute to business development by fostering client relationships and expanding the firm’s community involvement.
- Stay informed on legal developments and emerging legal trends
Preferred Qualifications:
- Must be a member in good standing with The Florida Bar.
- Strong commitment to client service, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent legal research, writing, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating with the firm’s team.
- Motivated by desire to make contributions to the firm and the local community in efforts toward building a client base

Pay: $103,199.00 - $114,369.00 per year
