What are the responsibilities and job description for the CAD Technician position at Bitflow Innovative Group Inc?
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop as-built construction documents, including floor plans, piping plans, new home designs, evacuation/fire safety plans, material lists, and other required documents as needed.
- Communicate and coordinate regularly with clients to align project outcomes with their goals and expectations.
- Work closely with our laser scanning team to ensure seamless integration of point cloud data into design projects.
- Utilize the latest AutoDesk software
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of drafting experience or equivalent knowledge in the construction field.
- Proficiency in: AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Office 365 Suite
- Must be able to commute to our office in Morton, IL, or have plans to relocate.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.01 - $24.41 per hour
