Job Description
Produce precision components from 3D computer models and paper drawings. Generate CNC programs using Mastercam and G&M Codes at the Machine.Main duties:
- Create, load, examine and modify CNC programs;
- Set up tools and load materials onto CNC machine;
- Carry out machining of components;
- Carry out inspection, including first-off inspection to the authorized level;
- Identify and report drawing errors and suggest improvements;
- Make a positive contribution to maintaining a workplace that is healthy, safe, neat and tidy;
- Carry out any other duties reasonable within capability as required by the Machine Shop Supervisor.
Experience Level Most Desired:Program and set-up VMC Fadal's, need to know G & M code, Mastercam, 3d surfacing & prototype work, need experience with these materials: aluminum, stainless steel (303, 304, 17-4, 316), titanium, and plastics.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
