Concrete Construction Estimator

Job Description: As a Concrete Estimator, you will play a crucial role in our project bidding process. You will be responsible for evaluating project specifications, preparing accurate cost estimates, and ensuring that all bids are competitive and profitable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review project plans and specifications to identify scope and requirements.
• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for concrete construction projects.
• Analyze subcontractor and supplier quotes to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.
• Collaborate with project managers and field teams to gather relevant project data.
• Develop and maintain a database of labor rates, material costs, and equipment pricing.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits to assess project conditions and requirements.
• Present estimates and proposals to management and clients.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience as an estimator in concrete construction preferred.
• Strong knowledge of concrete materials, techniques, and costs.
• Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., OST, Bluebeam, Procore).
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
