What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Manager position at Bitflow Innovative Group Inc?
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
- Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs / change orders
- Manage submittals, RFIs, Change order requests and review pay applications
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Qualifications:
- Professional Engineer Certification (PE) in DC and/VA/MD or ability to acquired within a reasonable time frame or through reciprocity.
- Previous experience in construction management specially as it pertains to water/wastewater Pump stations.
- Familiarity with construction management software.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
