Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or 5 - 7 years of related experience, with a least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Professional certifications such as certified bookkeeper or related credentials are a plus.
- Proven experience in commercial real estate accounting, with familiarity with loan agreements, lease agreements and property management financials.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- GAAP knowledge, CPA preferred
- Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
- Experience preparing multi-entity and intercompany transactions, financial reports, budgets and cash flow projections specific to real estate investments.
- Detail-oriented with superb organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Possesses integrity, honesty, a strong work ethic and a winning attitude.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
