Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in preparing accurate cost estimates for electrical projects, ensuring competitive pricing and project success.
Key Responsibilities:
· Analyze and review project specifications, blueprints, and related documents.
· Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates and bid proposals.
· Identify materials, labor, and timelines to develop comprehensive project estimates.
· Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure competitive pricing strategies.
· Source and evaluate pricing from vendors and subcontractors.
· Assist in contract negotiations and provide insights on cost-effective solutions.
· Maintain detailed records of estimates, proposals, and project costs.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator in the construction or electrical contracting industry.
· Strong knowledge of electrical systems, materials, and installation methods.
· Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
· Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
