Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Water Based Fire Sprinkler Inspector, located in New Orleans, LA. The inspector will be responsible for performing comprehensive fire inspections, ensuring compliance with fire safety regulations, and maintaining fire protection systems. Daily tasks include inspecting water-based fire sprinkler systems, preparing inspection reports, identifying and rectifying any safety hazards, and coordinating with clients to ensure systems are functional and up to code.
Qualifications
- NICET Level II certification required
- Fire Inspections and Fire Prevention skills
- Knowledge of Fire Protection and Life Safety protocols
- Experience in Fire Safety practices
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential hazards
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and on-site
- Relevant certifications in fire safety or related fields are a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in fire safety or related disciplines are advantageous
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $31.63 - $33.13 per hour
