What are the responsibilities and job description for the LITIGATION TRIAL ATTORNEY position at Bitflow Innovative Group Inc?
Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of insurance defense matters (auto, slip and fall, construction, products liability and property damage matters) up to and through trial, including discovery, court appearances, depositions/examinations under oath, expert issues, and client management;
- Communicate with clients, experts, witnesses to prepare for and complete trial testimony;
- Drafting pleadings, briefs, motions, discovery, required client reports;
- Render opinions on liability, damages and case value; and
- Appear before courts and arbitrators/mediators.
Qualifications:
- JD from an accredited law school ;
- Admitted to NJ Bar;
- Must have completed at least five (5) civil trials;
- 5 years previous experience in litigation with trial experience;
- Experience with insurance defense, slip and falls, and construction litigation matters;
- Ability to integrate into a fast-paced, team-oriented environment;
- Exceptional writing and communication skills;
- Computer proficiency;
- Ability to maintain/enter billable time;
- Ability to prioritize assignments, reporting deadlines and case load with trial schedule; and
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: $91,725.00 - $109,736.00 per year
