Payroll Accountant

Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented payroll specialist to process payroll for multiple clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in payroll processing, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with QuickBooks or Accounting CS Software is preferred. You will work closely with a team, maintain positive client relationships, and ensure timely and accurate payroll processing. Requirements:

• Experience in payroll processing
• Familiarity with QuickBooks or Accounting CS Software (preferred)
• Proficient in MS Office and data entry
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Process payroll for multiple clients
• Input payroll data into systems
• Manage payroll schedules and related tasks
• Work closely with team members and clients
• Maintain strong client relationships
• Take on additional tasks as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
