Job Overview
Project Manager is a full-time position in our West Sacramento office. The Project Manager must blend technical knowledge, leadership, fiscal management, and client relationship skills to ensure projects are completed successfully and efficiently. The role involves overseeing all phases of projects, from concept through construction. The ideal candidate has 6 years of engineering experience and a degree in civil, architectural/structural, mechanical, or electrical engineering or 4 years of industry-specific engineering experience, along with exceptional organizational and communication skills and an eagerness to lead and mentor others.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical oversight, support, mentoring, and coaching
- Deliver high-quality plans and designs, consistently and on time
- Oversee and maintain client, consultant, and trade relationships
- Manage resources, scheduling, and project planning
- Manage project budgets, contracts, and overall financial well-being
