Programming w/G Codes, Setup, Machine operating & troubleshooting, Training & managing employees, Tool making design & manufacture of fixtures & dies, Define & purchase tools, Machine maintenance, Scheduling, Machining to close tolerances on small parts w/thin walls, Working closely w/Engineering, Quality, & Upper Management.
Experience with Star Turning Centers, Datron Milling machines, Engineering plastics such as Peek and Torlon is a plus. Minimum 20 years hands-on related experience.
