Essential Functions
· Subcontractor Management and Coordination
· Adhere to the Project Schedule
· Quality and Safety Control
· Report project progress on a daily basis
· Ability to communicate with all levels of management
· Educated in reading and understanding Civil, Arch, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical Drawings
· Strong Management Skills
· Travel will be required
Required Education and Experience
· High School diploma or GED.
· Intermediate knowledge of project management.
· Familiarity with OSHA, DEP and other governing body regulations.
· Basic computer skills.
· Valid driver’s license.
Position Type and Hours
This is a full-time position. 40 hours per week and may require longer hours including evenings and weekends. Days and hours of work vary according to job.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
