Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a fabricator / welder and preferably 5 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of fabrication / welding techniques, materials and industry standards.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings and welding symbols.
- Proficient in various welding methods (e.g., MIG TIG Subarc and Stick )
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to provide clear instructions and feedback to the team.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in welding and construction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
