Position Summary :

Key Responsibilities :
Operation Strategy Formulation and Implementation
Formulate short-term and long-term operation planning and implementation plan according to the company's overall strategic objectives.
Continuously optimize platform product features and service experience to increase user stickiness and transaction volume.
Business growth and data analysis
Monitor operational data, analyze user behavior and market trends, formulate and optimize growth strategies.
Design and execute efficient user growth plans, including new recruitment, promotion and retention.
Team Management
Lead and manage cross-functional operations team, including marketing, content, user support and other modules.
Motivate team members and drive efficient collaboration, and evaluate team performance on a regular basis.
Market and User Insights
Gain in-depth understanding of the latest trends in the digital asset industry, user needs and competitive dynamics.
Propose innovative operational activities and promotional strategies to build brand influence.

Job Requirements :
Educational Background
Bachelor degree or above, preferably majoring in marketing, economics, management or other related fields.
Work Experience
More than 5 years of operation and management experience in internet, fintech or blockchain field, more than 3 years of team management experience.
Experience in digital asset trading platform is preferred.
Capabilities and Skills
Excellent strategic thinking ability and execution, good at developing and promoting complex projects.
Familiar with data analysis tools and able to distill insights from data to drive business growth.
