Job Description
The President & COO will be a pivotal leader at BITHGROUP Technologies, responsible for aligning operations and driving forward a growth strategy that captures new opportunities across both government and private sectors. Reporting to the CEO, you will develop and implement strategies that maximize our current capabilities while expanding our reach into high-value markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Business Development: Identify and pursue new opportunities for growth in both government and commercial markets. Build on our established reputation to expand market presence, creating and closing on contracts that drive long-term success.
- Operational Leadership & Team Empowerment: Lead and inspire cross-functional teams in Operations, Corporate Development, Finance, Contracts, HR, and IT to optimize performance and productivity. Ensure that all departments work cohesively to achieve company objectives and deliver exceptional client service.
- Visionary Strategy & Board Collaboration: Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and Board of Directors, recommending and implementing initiatives that enhance corporate growth and operational efficiency. Represent corporate interests in both government and private sector contracting, ensuring that all actions align with our growth objectives.
- Process Innovation & Technology Enhancement: Lead transformative initiatives that improve service delivery and operational efficiency. Oversee upgrades in corporate infrastructure, cybersecurity, and technology systems to better serve our clients and enhance competitive positioning.
- Ethics & Compliance Leadership: Foster a culture of integrity, ensuring adherence to compliance standards across all government and commercial contracts. Oversee the implementation of quality assurance programs, employee training, and development initiatives that support the Company's reputation for excellence.
