Systems Analyst
Duration: 30 months
Location: Menands, NY (2-3 days remote every week)
Client: State of New York
Note: Candidate must share 3 references and a copy of their Visa & Passport for submission
Job Description:
1. | 84 months of experience in Information Technology supporting complex software systems or applications. |
2. | 84 months of experience analyzing complex business processes and creating and reviewing test plans. |
3. | 84 months of experience researching, documenting, communicating, and validating requirements throughout the system, process, or product/service development lifecycle for all changes to processes that would enable the organization to achieve its goals. |
4. | 84 months of experience providing written communications to business owners, IT program team members, and management. |
5. | 84 months of experience working with Health Insurance or the Affordable Care Act or Medicaid which includes Eligibility and Enrollment (not Health Care). |
6. | 84 months of experience in researching, reviewing, and evaluating technical specifications for compliance with business objectives and requirements. |
7. | Bachelor s degree. |
