Job Overview:
Our team is in search of a highly skilled UX Designer with a strong background in the wealth management or financial services sectors. The chosen candidate will play a pivotal role in crafting digital interfaces that cater to the expectations of affluent clients, including designing intuitive user-facing portals, tools for financial advisors, and establishing mobile-responsive designs, all while adhering to strict sector regulations.

Essential Qualifications & Expertise: Necessary:
- A minimum of 5 years in the field of UX design, including a substantial component of at least 2 years within wealth management, private banking, or related financial services.
- Significant insight into financial software platforms, the client engagement process, and the day-to-day functions of financial advisors.
- Proven ability to utilize tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision for design tasks.
- Demonstrated skill in conducting user research, building personas, mapping out customer journeys, and performing usability assessments.
- A compelling portfolio that showcases experience in UI/UX design with a financial focus, be it for client interfaces or advisor applications.
- A clear understanding of the legalities surrounding compliance, safeguarding client data, and adherence to financial industry protocols.
- Familiarity with an array of wealth management services including, but not limited to, investment management, retirement planning, and trusts.
- Proficiency in leveraging design frameworks (example: Material UI, Salesforce Lightning).
- Knowledge of front-end development languages and libraries (HTML/CSS/React) is considered valuable but is not a prerequisite.
- Prior experience in a teamwork setting that utilizes Agile/Scrum methodologies.
