Core Technical Proficiencies:
- Expertise in React Native, React, TypeScript, JavaScript
- Proficiency with development tools such as React.js, Webpack, Enzyme
- Familiarity with state management libraries Redux and Flux
- Experience with modern development tools like Vite and Storybook
- Understanding of CI/CD practices and Azure Cloud Platform
Essential Experience and Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years in a UI development role with a strong focus on React Native, React, TypeScript, and JavaScript
- Skilled in utilizing unit testing frameworks (e.g., Karma, Jasmine)
- Demonstrated ability in UI design and systems architecture
- Proven track record in code reviews and establishment of development standards
- Proven mentorship experience, including the ability to guide and elevate a development team
- Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with clients effectively
- Experience in implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
Desirable Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience with cloud engineering on platforms such as Azure
- Exposure to Angular and additional JavaScript frameworks
- Experience with Vite and Storybook (preferred but not essential)
