Role Overview:
Engage in leading the execution and architectural strategy of Oracle Field Service solutions for a major construction firm's extensive, ongoing digital transformation involving multiple Oracle Modules.
Primary Objectives in the Role:
- Expertly manage the delivery and configuration of Oracle Customer Experience (CX) applications, primarily focusing on Oracle Fusion Service and Oracle Field Service.
- Actively participate as the pivotal intermediary between the client and technical teams, ensuring smooth communication and translation of requirements.
- Utilize deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion/Field Service to steer discussions on requirements definition, oversee product backlog refinement, develop solution designs, and clearly present progress at sprint demonstrations.
- Employ best practice approaches to exploit out-of-the-box functionalities for creating the most efficient and effective solution designs.
- Thrive in managing the intricacies involved in vast, multi-faceted Oracle implementation projects that span across different modules and workstreams.
- Exhibit exceptional team collaboration skills, with an emphasis on task allocation within the team and managing client relations.
- Present solid skills in creating presentations and content, with foundational consulting capabilities.
- Draw upon industry-specific insights gained through previous engagements in construction sector projects.
- Knowledge and implementation experience of Redwood user interface is highly desirable.
- Oversee essential project artifacts such as configuration documentation, process flowcharts, functional specifications, as well as manage testing scripts, execution, and the resolution of any issues identified.
Candidate Profile:
- The role mandates demonstrable proficiency in the deployment of Oracle Field Service modules.
Desirable Attributes:
- Previous involvement with Oracle Configure, Price, and Quote (CPQ) modules
- Experience with other Oracle solutions and familiarity with Redwood UI are added advantages that will significantly contribute to the success of this role.
