Job Overview:

As the Director of Strategy, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing the company's overall strategy to ensure effective market positioning and long-term growth. You will lead cross-departmental collaboration and implement standardized processes to improve strategic execution efficiency and customer satisfaction. This position involves working directly with the executive team, board of directors and external investors to evaluate industry trends, market opportunities and innovative strategies to help the company continue to expand market share.

Main Responsibilities:

Strategic Management:

Oversee and optimize the company's overall strategy to ensure effective market positioning and long-term growth.

Develop and implement standardized processes to improve the efficiency of strategic execution and customer satisfaction.

Global Expansion:

Develop strategies to enter new markets and drive Bitstamp's international expansion to increase its global user base.

Ensure that the company's strategic activities comply with the legal and regulatory requirements of different countries and regions.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with technology, product, marketing and compliance teams to drive business goals.

Build and lead a high-performance strategic team and cultivate a culture of innovation and collaboration.

User Experience:

Optimize customer support services to improve users' trading experience and trust in the platform.

Use data analysis and market research to improve platform functions and service quality.

Risk Management:

Work with compliance and risk management teams to ensure the security of the platform and the legality of strategic activities.

Predict and reduce potential strategic risks to ensure business continuity and stability.

Job Requirements:

Experience Background:

At least 10 years of senior management experience in fintech, cryptocurrency or related industries.

Success in strategic management, market analysis or cross-departmental collaboration.

Leadership:

Strong leadership skills, able to manage complex international teams, drive cross-cultural collaboration and efficiency.

Industry Knowledge:

In-depth knowledge of the cryptocurrency market, blockchain technology and related regulatory environment.

Communication and Strategic Thinking:

Excellent communication skills, able to effectively interact with the board, investors and external partners.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above; MBA or other management-related master's degree preferred.
